The Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is a term used to describe the phenomenon of intentionally drawing into one's life that which one focuses on. From a practical standpoint, this means that if we focus on negative possibilities or what we fear, that is more likely to happen to us, while if we focus on what we desire and take inspired action toward that, then that is more likely to happen. In other words, our state of mind is key in what happens around us. We all know that if we are stressed and overwhelmed, more things tend to go wrong, whereas if we feel good in our skin, set a clear intention and move toward it, the probability of it happening is increased.
Another way to think of this is that everything in the universe, including thoughts and emotions, have a specific frequency. When we are relaxed and feeling good about ourselves and our lives, we emit a a certain frequency. When we are angry, depressed, or anxious, we emit a different frequency. This has been demonstrated in the laboratory thousands of times. The quality of your life is going to be a function of your state of mind. If you are more in harmony with yourself, less stressed, more aware and intentional, the quality of your life will be better than if you are anxious, overwhelmed, etc.

All of this is in support of the quality of your life, and the quality of your relationship with all aspects of yourself.
